THE 2009 TOUR - A HOME RUN EVENT!
BOARD AT 11:30 A.M. AND RETURN TO THE SHOW AT 5:00 P.M.
Price includes lunch while traveling and dinner buffet at the Show.
This year’s motorcoach tour will visit washes recognized for their excellent services and operations, and it’s sure to sell out. We’ll start with Waves Car Wash, featured in Professional Car Washing and Detailing. Next, we’ll visit Dr. Detail, winner of “Best of Boston for Detailing”. We’ll round the bases with Triple Play, featured in Modern Car Care, the final stop in our “Home Run” event.
To participate and tour the facilities, you must be pre-registered for the tour (no drive-along visitors). Please note that this policy will be enforced.

Exhibitor Registration Includes....

- One 6 foot table (with electricity upon request)
- Buffet dinner and vendor prize drawing tickets for two (2) company reps
- Three (3) company reps if you purchase 2 tables
- Exhibitor “tools” Promotional credit in printed materials, on the NECA web site and in the Northeast Carwasher.
- Vendor Setup at 3:00 P.M.
- Each exhibiting company must purchase their own table. Sorry, no sharing or "Parking lot exhibitors"
- Additional tables upon request, Save $50 off the above table rates - maximum of one extra table per exhibitor. If available, additional tables may be released after May 1, 2009.
EXHIBITOR / VENDOR REGISTRATION
2009 membership must be paid in full prior to the Show to qualify for the member rate. If your company has never been a NECA member, subtract 20% from your first year’s membership dues, a $50 savings!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Refunds are not available for cancellations received after May 1, 2009.
