WHERE HAVE
ALL THE CUSTOMERS GONE?

Learn the results of NECA’s market research study at the Winter Dinner Meeting and Program on Tuesday, January 8, 2008.

The NECA Board of Directors listened carefully to its members and their concerns about the current and future state of our industry. In response, they invested $18,800 to conduct professional market research. The objectives of the research were to identify the root cause of the decline in car wash volume and to determine attitudes, behaviors and desires regarding car washing at a car wash facility. Next Level International conducted both focus groups and telephone surveys to meet the project’s objectives.
Highlights will be posted on the NECA web site but the full, final report will be available to members so that they can make decisions on how to address their business challenges. This initiative is a great example of what we can do together as an Association that individuals may not be able to do on their own.
