Special Programs

NECA invested $18,800 to conduct professional market research. The objectives of the research were to identify the root cause of the decline in car wash volume and to determine attitudes, behaviors and desires regarding car washing at a car wash facility.

Current NECA members can request the full, final report be emailed to them, to help them make decisions on how to address their business challenges. We will include the Jan. 08 presentation by Ken Marcks and Mike Gardner Jr. that summarizes the findings as well as the surveys they conducted at their own washes.
