- City of Boston Mayor's Office of New Urban Mechanics - A representative of Mayor Walsh's civic innovation team overseeing Boston's Autonomous vehicle initiative will discuss the work being done with research institutions, government agencies, and civic entrepreneurs to explore and prototype what’s new and next in the city, and the implications of autonomous technology on Boston transportation.
- International Carwash Association (ICA) - Eric Wulf, CAE, Executive Director of ICA, will share relevant research ICA has collected on the implications of autonomous technology/safety features on the car wash industry. ICA recently launched an online portal to share this information.
- The Sproul Company / Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) - James Sproul, Founder and Managing Director of The Sproul Company (TSC), sits on the board of the AUVSI's New England Chapter. The Sproul Company, in partnership with AUVSI, launched the 2017 Autonomous Vehicle Summit, the first autonomous vehicle summit in the Boston area. He will provide a high level overview of the autonomous vehicle landscape and the stages of autonomous technology development leading up to self-driving cars.
- General Motors - A GM representative will present information on the auto manufacturer's current safety features/autonomous technology and future safety features/technology being released on new GM vehicles. GM is already testing their autonomous vehicles in select cities around the U.S. so the future truly is now!
