NECA Committees

NECA Committee Structure
In our efforts to work smarter and more efficiently, all committees are folded into four main operational areas. Each standing Committee has a Team Leader who is the liaison to the Board of Directors and who can report for all the subcommittees. Each Team is expected to meet in the months between the six Board meetings (February, April, June, August, October, December). Subcommittees meet as often as needed. Meetings can be held by conference call. The NECA office has all the details.

We encourage anyone who works for a NECA member company to get involved. Our volunteers report that the benefits of getting involved (meeting other car washers and learning from them) far exceed the time spent. NECA needs volunteers to work on individual projects, parts of major initiatives, one time activities. Remember, you do not have to serve on a committee throughout the year to be involved. There are many short term, “tiny” tasks to be accomplished. Contact our Team Leaders to learn more.
